PROMULGATING THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

 

We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

The Electronic Transaction Law promulgated by Royal Decree 69/2008

And Royal Decree No. 64/2020 Establishing the Cyber Defense Center and Promulgating Its System,

And after presentation to Majlis of Oman,

And in pursuance of public interest,
