Introduction

The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology adopts community participation as a strategic tool to improve the role of the community in communication and enhance participation in governmental decision-making processes. The senior management also encourages enabling beneficiaries to participate in decision-making and provide feedback on policy development, legislative projects, and the improvement of government services through digital channels. Under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq - may Allah protect and preserve him - the ministry is committed to establishing a culture and practices of digital participation within the state's administrative units.

 

Objectives

  • Enhance the role of beneficiaries for greater interaction and participation in governmental decision-making processes by considering their opinions and ideas in improving service quality, system projects, and related regulations.

  • Promote the principle of transparency by presenting and sharing results and clarifying the impact of beneficiaries' aspirations and needs on decisions related to services and public policies.

  • - Provide several digital participation channels and facilitate their use by providing direct links to them and offering a comprehensive description of each.

  • Enable units to effectively interact with beneficiaries and increase the use of digital government services.
