Service Description:

This service enables the controller/processor to determine their level of compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.

Evaluation Mechanism:

1. All of the following questions must be answered with "Yes" or "No."

2. The level of compliance of the controller/processor with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Executive Regulations will be calculated based on the answers to the questions.

3. After the calculation, the controller/processor will be able to know the level they have reached in complying with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and its Executive Regulations.
