Explore Opportunities in Oman's Growing Tech and Innovation Ecosystem

Digital transformation is a key enabler to achieve the targets of Oman Vision 2040 and supports the creation of a flexible, innovative, and future-making government apparatus. Based on this, the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology has embarked on implementing the National Program for Government Digital Transformation (Tahawul) after its approval by the esteemed Council of Ministers in July 2021. Tahawul is one of the executive programs of the National Digital Economy Program, where a comprehensive national roadmap for government digital transformation has been drawn up, and a framework has been prepared to ensure governance and speed of execution.
