The regulatory framework for government digital transformation was issued under Ministerial Decision No. 108/2025. The framework aims to establish a regulatory framework that enhances digital governance and organises government digital transformation efforts by defining the roles, powers, and tasks related to digital transformation among the concerned parties. It also aims to enhance integration between the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology and government institutions in this field, and to enable the concerned entities to implement their digital projects within a unified governance and regulatory framework.
