Public Consultation on Electric Vehicle Charging Tariffs at Public and Semi-Public Charging Points and Their Role in Improving Digital Services


As part of efforts to regulate electric vehicle charging services and enhance community engagement, electric vehicle charging fees have been implemented and approved, with their application scheduled to commence in October. The approved fees have been announced to beneficiaries based on the charging capacity, with a fee of 50 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers with a capacity of 90 kW or less, 90 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers ranging from 91 to 180 kW, and 120 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers with a capacity of 181 kW or more.
