The Ministry reserves the full right to accept or reject any request based on its review without providing reasons. Approval to hold an event does not imply financial support and does not permit the use of the Ministry’s name or logo without explicit written consent. Applicants must not announce the event or reference the Ministry’s approval until official written confirmation is received.
