The project involves the construction of a dual carriageway connecting the Wilayats of Nizwa and Izki in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. The road extends for approximately 30.4 kilometers, starting from the existing South Qaroout roundabout, passing through the areas of Izki and Birkat Al Mouz, and reaching the outskirts of Nizwa.

The project also includes the construction of service roads with a total length of about 3.167 kilometers in different areas on both sides of the main road.

This project contributes to enhancing road safety, improving traffic flow in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate, and stimulating economic and commercial activity.
