The Regulatory Framework for Government Digital Transformation was issued pursuant to Ministerial Decision No. 108/2025. It aims to establish the regulatory framework to enhance digital governance and organize government digital transformation efforts by defining the roles, authorities, and responsibilities related to digital transformation among the relevant parties. It also seeks to strengthen integration between the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology and government institutions in this field, and to enable the concerned entities to implement their digital projects according to a unified governmental and regulatory framework.
