The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology announced the launch of the “Aaber Program”, which aims to regulate taxis in the Sultanate of Oman based on the Land Transport Law and its executive regulations. The program seeks to maximize the benefits for taxi owners by encouraging them to join applications licensed by the Ministry, enabling them to make use of the available technologies. The system also allows users to track and monitor their trip routes while ensuring their privacy and safety.

Muscat International Airport: Two licenses have been granted to operate taxi services at Muscat International Airport for:

  • Oman Taxi Application

Tourism Complexes, Hotels, Commercial Centers, and Sultan Qaboos Port: Tourism Complexes and Hotels:
