Postal Services Regulation Law in the Sultanate of Oman

The Postal Services Regulation Law represents the main legal framework that governs the postal sector in the Sultanate, in addition to defining the roles and responsibilities of the entities related to the postal sector.
The law also aims to:
- Regulate and develop the postal sector
- Support universal service within the framework of providing postal services
- Encourage competition among licensees in the provision of postal services
- Create an environment that ensures the provision and development of postal services and the growth of the postal sector
