As part of efforts to regulate electric vehicle charging services and enhance community engagement, electric vehicle charg​ing fees have been implemented and approved, with their application scheduled to commence in October. The approved fees have been announced to beneficiaries based on the charging capacity, with a fee of 50 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers with a capacity of 90 kW or less, 90 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers ranging from 91 to 180 kW, and 120 baisa per kilowatt-hour for chargers with a capacity of 181 kW or more.
