Cooperation Agreement to Support Green Mobility

In addition, Shell Oman, Talabat, and BYOD signed a cooperation agreement to support the transition toward green mobility and reduce carbon emissions. This follows the launch of a joint pilot project for delivery services using electric motorcycles in the Sultanate of Oman, after their official registration with the Royal Oman Police. The project aims to evaluate the efficiency of electric motorcycles in last-mile delivery services, while also studying operational and technical aspects, as well as the charging infrastructure, in order to enhance sustainable transport solutions and support net-zero targets.
