The unified government services portal comes in line with the royal directive to make all government services available thru a unified national digital portal, and in implementation of Oman Vision 2040, which emphasizes the importance of government digital transformation and the provision of smart services with high quality and efficiency.
The portal serves as a unified digital gateway that allows access to digital services and the completion of government transactions smoothly and easily. It aims to create a comprehensive digital experience centered around the user, providing beneficiaries with a flexible experience from searching for the service to its completion.
