It consists of a main team chaired by His Excellency Engineer/ Khamees bin Mohammed Al-Shamaakhi, the esteemed Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology for Transport, and includes 16 members of specialists from the relevant authorities, according to Ministerial Decision (13/2024) issued on 27 Jumada Al-Thani 1445, corresponding to January 10, 2024. The committee has worked on several initiatives as follows:

1- Regulatory initiatives: Omanization of the most occupied jobs by expatriates in the transport and logistics sector

2-Quality Job Initiatives: Aimed at integrating the work system in the field of transport and logistics in collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors.

3-Operational Policies: A series of policies and regulatory measures in the transport and logistics sector aimed at increasing job opportunities for citizens.
