The Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology announces to all sailors wishing to obtain a Marine Competency Certificate or Seafarers' Competency Certificate that the examination dates for the year 2026 have been set, according to the attached schedule.
Accordingly, the Ministry invites all seafarers wishing to take these examinations to submit their applications and complete the payment of the required fees via the Marine Affairs e-Services Portal.
