It also seeks to support service entities in carrying out fundamental improvements based on user needs, in a way that is measurable and assessable, and to empower government entities to design integrated digital products and solutions. In addition, the guide emphasizes maintaining a high level of quality for digital products through continuous improvement, ensuring their effectiveness even as usage conditions change, while enhancing beneficiaries’ trust in government institutions and ensuring the safety and reliability of interactions with the digital solutions provided.
