User Experience (UX) Guideline

In addition, the guide emphasizes maintaining a high level of quality for digital products through continuous improvement, ensuring their effectiveness even as usage conditions change, while enhancing beneficiaries’ trust in government institutions and ensuring the safety and reliability of interactions with the digital solutions provided.
