ICT Remote Access Policy

This policy explains the rules for remote access to ICT systems within government entities, including the tools that can be used, who is authorized to access, how security is managed, and how compliance is ensured.
- Coordination with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) is required regarding technical solutions.
- Users must have defined roles and responsibilities before being granted access.
- All remote access must be centrally managed and monitored, in accordance with security standards.
