The report presents the results of a national survey measuring the level of access to and usage of information and communication technologies (ICT) among households and individuals in Oman, including internet access, smartphone usage, and usage patterns. It also highlights digital activities such as social media and e-commerce, along with the challenges faced by users. The findings support the development of digital policies and strategies and contribute to advancing digital transformation at both national and international levels.
