The National Cybersecurity Index Program, through which the National Information Security Center seeks to raise the Sultanate’s level of readiness and enhance performance continuity. This is achieved by measuring the extent to which institutions comply with global cybersecurity standards, identifying vulnerabilities, and addressing them in accordance with the five pillars of the Global Cybersecurity Program, namely (legal, technical, and regulatory measures; capacity building; and international cooperation) across all national entities and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. With this in mind, the Center has worked to prepare a detailed implementation plan for the National Cybersecurity Index Program so that representatives of ministries and government institutions can launch the program according to the plan, thereby ensuring the success of the program’s objectives and the achievement of the desired results.

Program Objectives:
