The Global Summit for Semiconductor and Microchip Executives kicks off with the participation of top executives from major global companies

The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology, will host the Global Summit for Executives in Semiconductors and Electronic Chips from December 9 to 10, 2025, under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Khamis bin Saif Al Jabri, Head of the Follow-up Unit for the Implementation of Oman Vision 2040.
More than 150 participants are attending this summit, including CEOs of major global companies specialized in the semiconductor industry, along with experts and specialists from various countries around the world. The number of speakers reaches 40, in addition to 25 working papers on building an integrated system for the semiconductor industry in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The organization of this summit comes as part of the efforts of the Sultanate of Oman to enhance economic diversification pathways and support industries related to modern technologies, including the design and manufacturing of semiconductors and electronic chips, which constitute one of the focal points of technological growth in the coming years.
This summit is considered one of the most prominent international gatherings specialized in this field, as it provides an important platform to explore the latest technological developments and discuss future trends, in addition to opening wide horizons for partnerships and cooperation among leaders in the semiconductor industry worldwide.
